		<description>for the life of me i can&#039;t understand why other people want to use other people&#039;s twitter account. to send out fake messages.  uh where is the joy. people are lame. i think i got one DM from a blogger friend that could have been a phishing attempt. i think i did click and then said opps. so far my account is okay

		<description>Twitter has been hit real hard lately. The phishing DM&#039;s are bad enough, but I&#039;ve been getting a lot of fake followers from well respected names. When you click on the user it says something like &quot;Sorry, the account you were headed to has been suspended due to strange activity&quot; or &quot;That page doesn&#039;t exist!&quot;

I imagined it would only be a matter of time before this sort of thing started taking place. The only thing we can do is keep each other aware of this so that we don&#039;t fall into the phishing trap and also update our passwords.
