		<description>I agree about adding humor to an article, it works! Many times I’ve found myself digging deeper into a particular blog if there is a taste of comedy or humor from the author. I think it’s just a “human nature” thing; that a little comedy brings to a reader because it makes it much more interesting to read! Keep them coming…</description>

When it comes to the yellow pages - I&#039;m not surprised that the sales rep was aggressive - because chances are - you won&#039;t ever see him/her again.  It&#039;s a one call close and if they can&#039;t close you - they don&#039;t earn a commission.  

The yellow pages are quickly dying - and that only adds to the pressure the rep feels.  I&#039;m sure it was equally hard selling buggy whips back in the 1920&#039;s as well.  :)</description>

		<description>I find a lot of wasted money in clients&#039; yellow pages programs — ads that are more than one size larger than competitors&#039; ads, ads in seldom-used or wrong categories, and display ads in categories that have no other display ads (display ads can end up being placed far from the category).</description>
