		<description>Hi Kathy - thanks for the link.  You make a great point - often it can take a few weeks before you realise someone doesn&#039;t have a clue what they&#039;re talking about.

I sometimes get folk coming over to my blog and pulling to bits  - they&#039;ll claim to be some sort of business expert.  So you go over and check out their blog - they usually say they&#039;re a business millionaire, but their blog usually screams everything but millionaire, or business expert.  You&#039;ll have seen the ones I mean plenty of times.  Funny thing is - it always seems to be men who do that too.

I love the term &quot;Shit Flinger U&quot; by the way, I was cracking up laughing.
