Glad you got a positive outcome with midPhase.  There&#039;s a reason they have a growing fan base and the successful resolution of your domain name is just proof that they&#039;re  amongst the &quot;good guys&quot;.</description>

As you know, I finally got my &quot;twotexansdownunder.com&quot; domain name pried from the hands of midPhase after I learned, to my surprise, that they owned it.  It took several phone calls, but they did cooperate with the transfer and now it&#039;s mine.

I wouldn&#039;t have know how to deal with this, though, without your advice and counsel, so, thanks.  -- Bob</description>
